Cancellation Policy


We value our clients and strive to provide exceptional services. To ensure that we can accommodate all clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

  1. Notice Requirement: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  2. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within the 24 hour time frame will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your service price.No-shows will be charged 99% fee of the service missed.
  3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at 859-287-3556 or use our online booking system.
  4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made at our discretion.

Payment and Booking Policy


To provide a seamless experience and maintain the availability of our services, we have established the following payment and booking guidelines.

  1. Credit Card on File: We require all clients to keep a valid credit card on file when booking appointments.The card on file will be used solely for the purposes of:Securing your booking.Charging applicable fees for late cancellations, no-shows, or unpaid balances.

2. Alternative Option: Deposit Requirement

  • If you choose to not keep a credit card on file, a 50% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.
  • This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given (see cancellation policy).
  • Failure to provide a deposit will result in the appointment not being secured.

3. Payment Terms

  • Final payment for services is due at the time of your appointment.
  • For deposit-based bookings, the remaining balance will be due upon service completion.
